An interesting morning over at Telford Campus on Friday 21st February. The Telford Innovation Campus is home to the University of Wolverhampton Science and Engineering faculty, a base for the large proportion of engineering students.

Trevor Codner Elite Centre for Manufacturing Skills Business Development Manager, Colin Whorton Foundry Technician and Marketing Assistant Rebecca Read were given a tour of the Telford Campus showcasing the state of the art equipment and best of all the F3 racing cars.

Sharing his knowledge about all things engineering and motorsports Paul Bates Technical and Business Resource Manager gave us a tour around the £10m advanced engineering facilities. Addressing some of the great work students have produced and current projects being worked on.

It’s great to be part of the University of Wolverhampton alongside their Science and Engineering Faculty, seeing the outstanding work happening to develop the sectors.
