Working Effectively with your manager in a challenging environment

The pace of change and external demands placed on organisations require new and effective ways of working and highly effective working relationships.

This programme is specific to the needs of managers and leaders who wish to improve business performance by developing a productive relationship with the senior team.

The course demonstrates how to be assertive, reduce conflict and the route to more effective and productive working relationship with the senior management team.

10 top tips on how to work effectively with your manager

Scenarios and group resolution

Role play

Overcoming challenging personalities

How to build an open, supportive and productive relationship with your manager.

 

Candidates will gain in confidence, become more resilient and will have a variety of practical tools and techniques enabling them to succeed in the future.

 

The programme is delivered by skilled facilitators who have an extensive management background. This programme has proven extremely successful with managers and leaders across several areas with excellent feedback

 

Although fast paced the programme will be both informative and enjoyable.

 

The 0.5 day session will take place on the 1st august between 9 and 12.30 at the ECMS hub and is followed in the afternoon by the “creating a strategy for workplace well-being” which develops strategies to reduce stress in the workplace.
