The Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership has been instrumental in ensuring the Centre will provide relevant and locally accessible provision due to shortages in the Black Country, helping to drive the region's economic prosperity.

The Centre's development will be led by the University of Wolverhampton, in collaboration with a number of recognised training associates .
